14-day 'tried it' guarantee

We want the kit to earn its place in your afternoons. If you've used it for at least 5 afternoons and it hasn't made them easier, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email info@adhdafterschool.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number and a couple of lines on what you tried. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your request.

Conditions

• Requests must arrive within 14 days of the purchase date.
• One refund per customer.
• After a refund, the files are no longer licensed for your use and must be deleted.

Customers in the EU and UK

At checkout you agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available. This guarantee is a voluntary commitment we offer in addition to that, and it does not affect your other legal rights.
